Around 1 in 7 people have a neurodivergent (different brain) thinking style. This can affect the way in which they process information and how they retrieve it from their longer-term stores. Neurodiversity is an umbrella term that includes dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, ASD’s and dyscalculia to name a few. 

 

I work with individuals and organisations to provide support, assessments and education to help all parties reach their full potential.

I help your team to better understand the factors that support better selection and assessment methods. I design selection and assessment methods to help you achieve a more inclusive workplace.
