How can we help organisations and individuals move BEYOND Bias. I support this through both an individual and organisational approach. I support organisations to explore, understand and recognise any policies or practices that may inherently and unconsciously discriminate against its employees in their selection and career development, for example. I create safe listening spaces to help organisations reflect deeply in understanding the culture and its impact on individuals.​
